The popular singer Arif Lahore has performed in more than fifty foreign tours around the world during the last twenty years, including the UK, USA, and UAE. He performed in China for the opening of the Asian Games before almost 1 million crowds in 2004.
In 2010, Arif performed his famous song Alif Allah (Jungi) with the upcoming singer Meesha Shafi in Coke Studio Season 3. He also performed another popular song ‘Alif Allah Chambey Dey Booti’ that became an international success. Indian filmmaker Saif Ali Khan uses the ‘Jugni’ as a feature song in his Bollywood movie ‘Cocktail’. Other versions of ‘Jugni’ have also been featured in Bollywood movies including in the film ‘Diary of a Butterfly’. Arif Lahore also sang in the Bollywood film ‘Bhaag Milkha Bhaag’ in 2013.
The world-famous Sufi singer Arif Lahore has also played multiple lead roles in Punjabi movies and produced three songs for the soundtrack of Syed Noor’s film Jugni in 2012, the highest-grossing Pakistani film of 2012.
